The friendly staff upon entering the building was great- Dave was very helpful! Yogi is the most heartfelt dog in the earth love his observance. Ms. Sue and her husband were fantastic in staying late to demonstrate the healing abilities of their light therapy and my instructor for the 60 minute hot yoga as well as her regular attending students were extremely encouraging and full of praises after class. The encouragement and support I received was so uplifting ❤️
