My Saturday class with Hara was fantastic - she is a wonderful teacher. But guys - her internet camera sucks. Can’t you get her a better one? Not only is the field of view very narrow (which might nit be curable if she’s in a small space) but also it broadcasts with huge black bars on either side of the screen and I believe that means a bad camera. Please fix this!! Very challenging to see her and I stream the clas to a large screen

Option that uses simpler passwords? Your passwords are awful. They always have lots of “I”
‘S and “0”’s and you can’t tell if they are letters or numbers. On Saturday there were like 6 or 8 different possible
