It was my first class at steps and I’m all the way from Jamaica , it felt so warm and nice being there. The staff was great and the teachers and the class was so good.

The classes I've taken so far have been great! I've enjoyed the instructors and the studios are fairly large and have decent flooring! The entrance is kind of hidden. There isn't a big sign out front or anything letting new comers know which door (stairs vs elevator) to take. The elevator was SUUUUPPEERRR slow! It's annoying that I have to show my Vax card every time I take class. If I'm signing up for classes through the app, then there should be a way to keep track of that to speed up the check-in process for returners. I also could not find the bathroom on the second floor...
