Great instructors and facility
Very positive experience. Great class. Teacher was really nice.
The class was well-structured with both large group and individual work, including improvisation activities. I felt that Christina designed interesting exercises that were achievable during class, but also would make for great at-home practice materials. She was encouraging and reached out to online participants multiple times, including instruction on how to adapt the movements to a smaller area. Would recommend taking her class!
