• Atmosphere was superb! From welcoming, waiting in the relaxing room, recall by esthetician Emily, her demeanor and pleasantness throughout procedure, to settling bill and rebooking. Outstanding service. The original booking in person with questions answered and the rebooking, again in person, due to cancellation by service provider, was all handled pleasantly and politely. Excellent teamwork!!!! I've interacted with 4 different people.

• Adrian and Diane were both fabulous! They each listened attentively and carefully to the physical health issues and limitations my husband and I have and were extremely careful to consider these things and give us each wonderful massages. They are truly both an asset to your spa! I have thwir businrss cards so that when we come back next year, we can book another couple's massage package with them. Mercedes, at the front, was an absolute sweetheart and made us feel welcome and pampered. She was so helpful and made us fabulous coffees topped with caramel drizzle. A treat, for sure! Your spa is lovely, serene, peaceful and relaxing. It is exactly what we needed. We run 4 businesses and work super hard so this was not simply something we "wanted" to do, but was something we "needed" to do. We are so glad we chose your spa!!
