• I couldn't honestly provide a 10 because when I arrived no one was at the front to greet me. After waiting about 10 minutes I decided to have a seat in the lobby. A woman & her daughter were finishing a pedicure, to which the lady went to the counter, and after a couple of minutes, returned to the pedicure room and asked the tech if the ladies at the front had gone home for the day. She stated, oh no, she may just be in the back. Thus, this was the case. So instead of me being waited on first, only because I wanted to ensure my technician was aware of my presence, as well as have my car validated, I was now waiting for this individual to complete her transaction of not only paying for her service, but as well as conversing over other products in which to purchase. This was my first time visiting said establishment, and I was unaware of the general entry process, and was truly becoming anxious if I was needing to sign in or what. After the prior customer was serviced, my time was very pleasant as well as the customer service attendant. I have nothing sad to report, other than to possibly monitor the front in a more professional way. Even if one of the ladies from the pedi room had come out after hearing the door ring and communicating that someone would be out momentarily to assist, would have been so much more on game then leaving a new potential come again client at the front. Jules was wonderful in explaining my scheduled facial procedure, and keeping my anxiety level down. She was very calm and gentle. I look forward to my next scheduled appointment
