• The microderm facial was incredibly relaxing and she was really good at reading the situation. The was there for me. If I didn't want to talk because I was so relaxed she was quiet. If I wanted to talk, she responded so soothingly. I actually dislike facials so that's why I was surprised i liked it so much. I actually felt dead and out of it for 30 minutes afterwards. Secondly, I talked to Emily about consulting her with some other treatments and she was very informative and made me feel very comfortable about asking embarrassing things. It is not fun growing old. Lol Thirdly, I really like the front desk lady because she is not arrogant, seemed genuine and professional. Lastly, I like the size of the place. It is not intimidating and it's very clean and well-kept.

• I appreciated that my treatment was discussed as it related to the look I wanted (which I've never been asked before by anyone else), and how many units suggested per area. There were no surprises. There was no upwelling or pressure to do anything else. Day 2- my eyes are softer and don't look as sunken, cries feet are minimizing, forehead is smoothing out, and glabella area is looking better too! Brooke was awesome and Cathy was wonderful. I found my spa!
