I love Stafford House of Yoga! When you open the door it’s like walking into your own home. Very comfortable, relaxed, laid back atmosphere. Such a great staff! My last class was a Barre class with Jesse! OMG! She is amazing! Wake your muscles up and join us!
Each class is a wonderful journey and I treasure my time at the studio.
