I've going there for years. They are always friendly and welcoming. They have so many different classes and scheduled at lots of different times; whatever your age ( I'm a senior citizen and there are several classes that are perfect for me) or prefferences. I am always glad I went. Also, all the instructors really know their craft, but never push you to you to do more than you are comfortable with.
