The class was so relaxing and challenging at the same time. The instructor was very great and helped everyone. I had a great time.
The receiving staff is helpful and knowledgeable. The trainer was considerate and accommodating of limitations of individual participants and the space that houses Stafford House of Yoga is a melding of function and appropriate ambiance that enhances the class.
