I would highly recommend to someone else because my teacher was very helpful, the whole vibe of the building was amazing and overall amazing
Had a great session and will definitely be back. My only comment is that I really wish you held the 5am class Mon-Fri instead of just 3 times a week.

A very friendly and welcoming staff that greatly assisted me and answered all my questions during my first yoga experience thoroughly enjoyed it and looking forward to my next visit
Tina does a great job weaving the yoga experience together with music and verbal prompts for poses. She offers degrees of intensities, which is lovely. The front desk staff is always friendly and welcoming, it makes me feel like a home away from home! And, although probably not many people comment on this, the atmosphere is always calm, the front room and yoga studio are clean and this adds to my feelings of comfort.
