• Anna was kind and gentle with me. She had a great personality and left me looking great. I also appreciated how she kept me updated to what was happening in the process and what was next. I liked that when a stylist was cutting their own hair, she asked then nicely to do it elsewhere; It was unprofessional of them to do that while a client was next to him. I also thought the payment process was super easy.
