Great class! Love that it incorporated yoga and some weight training. Jeri is a great teacher.

Why I chose a score of 10. Diversified offerings and exquisitely balanced and qualified staff to conduct the classes. Very clean environment and the rooms are appropriately and adequately stocked with the right equipment to conduct the session. When you come in it's aesthetically pleasing and call me with the colors and decor. The staff immediately recognizes you smiles and his friendly. The bathrooms are plentiful and very clean. They also have cultivated their expertise from local sources that can enable them to conduct classes that keep them current and vital for yogic practices. Spectra also enables you to possibly embrace a way of being by the various trainings and events they offer. Spectra also keeps things interesting by having some avant-garde activities included. Spectra also has a variety of payment methods so it can fit in most budgets. Recently they added some beverages so if you forgot your water or you were dehydrated you could pick yourself up.
