Jill is a great instructor and keep us on our toes. She has a wrk out plan for the entire hour and really motivates us to work hard. She's energetic and inspires everyone to work out 💪. She has a great personality and charismatic. Hands down to the entire staff at Spectra Yoga 🧘‍♀️ you guys definitely know your members by name and make us feel super special and welcomed. 🥰
