I love my yoga studio! The only thing I'd like different is I wish there were classes between 1 and 4pm and on Saturdays after 1pm :)

Everyone I’ve met at Spectra, from the teachers to the owner to the front desk staff, is so helpful, nice, warm and accommodating. It is a very welcoming space and - being a very busy mom - I have come late before to class so to sitters being late, etc. Unlike other studios where they glare at you for walking in late, here you are still warmly welcomed which makes the entire experience less stressful and enjoyable. I love teacher Stephanie, she is awesome.

I had a wonderful experience with Lisa in the meditation class. Then continued into an incredible class with Christian for Yin with sound meditation. I floated out to my car feeling happy and peaceful 😍
