Goin on 3 years of being a run club member and i love yin classes and the coaching of kevin (now amy). Christians sound healing is amazing! The staff is very friendly.

Spectra has such a wide variety of classes and times throughout the day to take classes. The staff is well trained, knowledgeable, and friendly! All this at a reasonable price compared to other near by yoga studios.
