Unapproved answer to my questions I asked desk staff before booking my appointment caused a weird experience. I'm not a customer that just brings up coupons that I want to use at the last minute after receiving a service. I always ask ahead of time. In this case I talked to 2 reps at different times who gave me the same answer of approval to use. Staff should ask for coupons when a member checks in so that if it can't be honored the mbr won't feel awkward after receiving the service as someone wait on management approval to accept. I was getting the massage regardless but I wouldn't have taken the upgraded service. My question about the coupon a month ago when I asked about it could have been no and I wouldve been cool versus standing at front desk awkwardly waiting on approval for the supervisor to tell me that they will honor it JUST THIS 1 TIME as if I'm looking for a favor or as if I didn't call ahead. Communication is key and it would've been nice to have been told that the coupon was only for non member in the beginning.Brittany S.
