  • The service was wonderful and Marie did a superb job🌹 She was very professional and accommodating. I had a great relaxing experience. My recommendations to improve 1. Light bulb directly on top in the ceiling was distracting and too bright...maybe move the light source to some other part of the room. 2. For listening I would request to please add nature sounds without music as one of the options.🌹 Thank you for everything.

  • Unapproved answer to my questions I asked desk staff before booking my appointment caused a weird experience. I'm not a customer that just brings up coupons that I want to use at the last minute after receiving a service. I always ask ahead of time. In this case I talked to 2 reps at different times who gave me the same answer of approval to use. Staff should ask for coupons when a member checks in so that if it can't be honored the mbr won't feel awkward after receiving the service as someone wait on management approval to accept. I was getting the massage regardless but I wouldn't have taken the upgraded service. My question about the coupon a month ago when I asked about it could have been no and I wouldve been cool versus standing at front desk awkwardly waiting on approval for the supervisor to tell me that they will honor it JUST THIS 1 TIME as if I'm looking for a favor or as if I didn't call ahead. Communication is key and it would've been nice to have been told that the coupon was only for non member in the beginning.
