I recently sustained an atfl tear which was particularly painful. I had trepidation about having it massaged but had hope it might help. Doreen spent the better part of an hour CAREFULLY working on it and stayed very attuned to my feedback.
This morning when I got out of bed, it gave a big CRACK (in a good way). The swelling was noticeably less this morning, and it hurt significantly less to walk on or do my "ABCs" with my foot per the doctor's instruction.
Doreen has always been a stellar therapist (in fact she's the reason I joined spavia) but this was above and beyond. I can't recommend her strongly enough
