Skill level and professionalism of the masseuse, Aundre. Best massage I've ever had! And Taina was an amazing esthetician. She was professional, personable and definitely an expert in her field. She kept me well-informed before and during my session and made suggestions for future skin care appointments. The front desk representative was also super friendly and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be back.
