10 being the best. The atmosphere was calm. The esthetician was thorough, yet gentle as possible. I felt that my privacy was respected. When the esthetician struck conersation, it was on very neutral topics, not talking about herself, not asking about me. She was pleasant and i look forward to returning in the near future.
