Customer service was very good; the massage was very good; and the facilities are comfortable. I know that it is Covid and there are some things that need to be done differently, but I miss having the heated towels and hot tea in the relaxation room after the massage. I hope that those things will return sometime in the future.

It was a very nice experience from beginning to the end. I liked being able to choose my options. I liked having robes and being able to relax before and after my session. The facial was amazing, Kate was great and very informative about skincare. Whole staff was very helpful and friendly. Only one complaint, the rooms could be a little nicer. I've been to other places and this one could have a more cozy feel to it. But everything else was better!
