Sena was the BEST massage therapist I have ever had, she was intentional with every touch and was amazing at using breath work to get into muscle spaces. I have had numerous massages in the past from all different facilities including but not limited to, Mitchell's and woodhouse but nothing has beat my massage with Sena. Spavia is very lucky to have her.
