reception staff was efficient and friendly, locker room and waiting area was very nice.  Loved the heated neck wrap in the waiting area.  My esthetician was amazing.  Best facial I’ve had in a long long time!  The ambiance was very spa like and relaxing.  Can’t wait to come back!
Massage was great. Staff Friendly. I think the Brown robes should be standard and I'm glad she was able to provide one.
Sally was great and the staff fit me in due to a cancellation same day.
Still not happy about how difficult it is to get an appointment within a week. Hire more employees.
