I wish there was a hot tub.... But mostly a 9 because some of the therapists aren't very good so if you can't get to see your regular, you are sure what you're going to get
I have always had a great relaxing experience at Spavia. The employees are welcoming and helpful, the women's locker room is so clean and offers so much for the customers, and the women's waiting/relaxation area is great with comfortable chairs. I love the warm neck wraps. I've always had great massages and treatments.
