I go early so I can enjoy the relaxation room. The warm neck compress is a great way to start. Brandy does a very therapeutic massage. She has helped me work my way through reconstructive surgery due to breast cancer.

Becky is great as always. However, I used my credit card and my check out process did not go as smoothly. It seems as though Spavia has changed their system like three times since I've been going. Wish they would get their act together on this end. I was also told I would receive an email receipt and never did. This part of Spavia is frustrating. So after my nice, awesome relaxing massage, it took FOREVER to get checked out.
