I was very happy with my last massage. I had Nic who was amazing! He really knows how the muscle groups work, so I felt like he was able to get some of my knots to release. He also had a great outlook on life in general which was very infectious. He provided some great ideas on being present (mindfulness) and meditating, which also helped me relax and truly unwind during my session. I have already booked my next session with Nic and I highly recommend him to anyone wanting a great massage, true relaxation, and overall great experience.
