Heather was amazing. I had a pain in my upper back and neck for the past week and it's literally gone now. She really listened and she knows what she's doing. I felt like she's very knowledgeable as well. Also the front staff is so kind and welcoming. Overall great experience and I'll come back.

I had a wonderful experience all around! Lou was great and my Sports massage was just what I needed. I scheduled another massage with her already. I hate that I am just now learning about Spavia. I knew of you all, but never tried you all. I will be coming back for sure. Thank you, Naomi
