Love Laurel and the variety of facials as well as Charity for massages. Top notch staff! Only reason I did not give 10 is because of cost. Would love to see more perks earned with longer membership time. For example, if someone has been a member for 6 months + they get an extra perk and then again after 12 months and so on. Could be a free add-on or steeper discounts for upgrade or merch. Just a thought. Would also enjoy having some of the merchandise (like jewelry) in the waiting room for us to look through while we wait for our appointment but I realize this might not feasible if you fear theft.Jamie H.

The whole experience is just awesome. The person at the front desk both checking in and out. Lauren is so kind and professional. I leave my facial feeling good and relaxed. I love coming to Spavia. My only suggestion is make sure the robes fit the client. I am a larger woman and sometimes I get a robe that barely closes.JENNIFER M.
