• Friendly staff. Comfy robes and relaxing environment. Because i was a returning visitor, they already had my sandal size and locker set up. They also were able to charge same card as last time. Which made the visit stress free. I have been to woodhouse spa and was a frequent customer at a spa in LA, but the service and attention to detail at spavia is much better
