• Amazing customer service!! Such a warm welcoming place with great staff including the owner. Super cool guy! Surprised my boyfriend for his birthday with getting a massage here and he loved every bit of it. He said it had to be the best massage he’s ever received. (I need to step my massage game up as his girlfriend. Lol). 10 stars- great experience, amazing customer service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

• Late notification on delay in services. This is an issue that should have been figured out when the appointments were made, not an hour before. Also, since I was a first time guest, they should have called to apologize and explain the delay, not just sent an email.

• Absolutely fabulous facial by Jessica. I always feel very pampered when I go to Spavia. I love all the personal touches like my robe and sandals ready for me in my locker and they make a note of what I prefer during my facial like music choice or having my favourite scent ready. A wonderful experience. My daughter,sister and mother and I enjoy going together for little Spalebrations :)
