• I’ve noticed small mistakes done by staff recently. When Booker & Kristy were at the front desk everything was perfect. Small mistakes include: not processing tip, processing tip for $30 when I stated $25, rebooking my massage for 50 minutes not 80 when therapist was out sick, processing tip for wrong therapist ( I had them fix it), no neck pillows in warmer. If these were isolated instances I would look past it but they are becoming more frequent.

• Michelle was amazing. Really redeemed Spavia in my eyes. The last couple massages I've had were okay to down right terrible. Michelle is definitely going to be my go to person! Perfect pressure, perfect communication, just over all what I want in a massage experience.
