• I loved the facial. Only a 9 because the relaxation room was a little small and close to the bathroom. Felt like i was supposed to rush out. But I'll be back, very good first visit!

• I really appreciate the welcoming and very calm demeanor of the owners/people who work up front. They are genuinely warm and provide excellent customer service with careful attention to each detail of my visit. For me, I massage is a rare treat so it is lovely to have people who make it extra special in those ways. Also the massage itself was excellent, the masseuse provided just the right amount of pressure and was very responsive to each of my comments and suggestions.
