• Carlos gave me the best massage I have ever had at Spavia and I have had some good ones there. His knowledge of fascial techniques really helped to loosen up some stuck parts in my neck and shoulders. This was a very therapeutic massage that will do more than just relax me during my appointment. I came home and immediately told my husband to book an appointment with him. I'm a little bit tender today (the day after) where he really worked but it is like a post-workout tenderness which is expected after effective work. I have better range of motion in n my neck and shoulders.

• Sugar glow with Samantha was perfect(!): super professional & super relaxing. Hydroderm with Victoria was a nice service but just a little too heavy handed; still lovely though
