• Not a 10 because the locker room is too small for all the people that were there at the same the. Same with the quiet room. We had to leave since all the chairs were full

• I picked a 10 because The front desk staff were super friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating from the first minute I called them to book my appointment. The massage therapist was AMAZING she was kind gently and listened to my small requests. Let alone she was a really good massage therapist I will go back just to get a massage from her
