• I love Spavia! Jess has been doing my facials for years and it was amazing! However, I have a lot of rollovers so they told me that I could use 2 rollovers for an upgraded facial and scheduled me for the ultimate hydraderm. I asked when I scheduled, when I checked in, and to Jess to be sure I could use the 2 rollovers to cover the service. I was told yes but then when I checked out I also had to pay $16 in addition to my 2 rollovers. I questioned it and they told me only the regular hydraderm is covered and this was the ultimate. I enjoyed the service but wish I would have known ahead of time when I had asked.
