• Elizabeth was so good I signed up to do the monthly. I have to get in more often to take care of myself. I hold all my stress in the back of my neck and she really worked that out nicely for me. I felt so much better. I tell everyone about Spavia because it is more like a spa experience with the shoes, robe, and lounge area!
