Experience was great but when I had scheduled the appointment I wasn't sure on the type of facial so the scheduler put down in comments. When I got there I was never told that the specialist I was scheduled with was out that day and someone else was going to help me but they weren't qualified to do the other facial that I was debating on. Made me a little disappointed that nothing was said to me. Again the specialist I saw did a great job and I loved the experience and will be returning.
