Ive been in twice and everyone is so kind. The technicians I've worked with have all been wonderful. At first I came in telling myself I was not going to sign up for just another monthly membership somewhere but the pros really do outweigh any cons.

Great service all around, felt a little rushed and was VERY disappointed my partner received a text about the upcoming appt since it was supposed to be a surprise even though I clearly asked the person scheduling if it'd be an issue and they said no that they would make sure it wouldn't happen thus ruining the surprise
