I'll preface this with i rarely get massages, and i had three children under 10 with me that i was passing off to my wife who had a massage scheduled for 10 to 11 and i was from 11 to noon. The time allotted to make the handoff of my kiddos was tight and Angie welcomed me at the front desk and instantly focused her attention to the Littles, she made them feel comfortable and even let my 3 y.o. daughter try every lotion sample in the building. She also helped them hide from my wife when she came out. As a busy parent of young kids, this level of service is what makes me want to come back to your establishment. You didn't have to go to that level, and I had no expectations of Angie watching my kiddos for 5 to 10 minutes while I got ready for my massage and my wife was finishing up, but this gesture was memorable. I really appreciated spavias approach to giving me and my wife the opportunity to rest and recharge while also being flexible for our busy schedule. And now for the massage. It was great! My specialist, Alyssa was very professional, focused on the areas I needed/wanted more attention on, and provided a few at home stretches and areas I can focus on to improve the tightness in my levator scapula muscles. The experience was fantastic at every step. Would highly recommend.
