Jason was great. The rest of the staff was nice. The changing and waiting area were calm spaces. The one thing that I didn't like was the bedding was cold. A warm blanket would be nice.

Great experience! My massage was rescheduled last minute due to the masseuse canceling, but the receptionist was very helpful and was able to reschedule me same day for a discount, so the customer service was great. My masseuse, Lisa, was also excellent. Very professional and helpful. She took extra time to give me advice of how to alleviate my pain, which I really appreciated. Overall a great first experience at this facility.
