Each time I call and/or visit the customer service has always been great. On my most recent visit I arrived extremely early and was able to get my service done without having to wait for my actual appointment time which was much appreciated.

My specialist was great. I didn't rate a 10 because the room was awkward, with low lighting I bumped my knee into a corner of the wall. It was the Harmony room if that info helps.
