Staff is extremely polite, informative, kind, & friendly. I was late to my couples massage, and I got a phone call from the staff explaining my options. Happy that they called me so we could make it to the other appointments despite being late for the first one. Decided to pay the 50% cancellation fee and show up for the other facial services. Our facial specialist Anahie explained the facial process and rejuvenated our faces. The waiting rooms are also a great place to wind down and read their books or color. Hot tea is a plus too!

Both the masseur and the facial specialist ( Betty and Kylie) were wonderful. Prices were reasonable too.
