The practitioner was excellent, but it was very difficult to get hold of an actual person when I had questions and I wanted to schedule something. I don't like having to deal with bots when I am trying to get hold of a person to ask some questions.

Nice staff and very relaxing experience. The only negative was that the conditioner in the shower was empty.

My husband and I had massages while visiting Chicago. Both Eric and Tanja were amazing. The guest advisor team went above and beyond to make our visit exceptional. Definitely recommend Spavia in Lincoln Park!
