The service I had was "rushed". I was 20 minutes early for my appointment, so not sure why it was rushed. I specifically asked at the front desk if I needed to upgrade the feet and hands oil, said included in the wrap I was receiving. It was not done. Apparently when I flipped over, moved the plastic underneath, which servicer did not notice until tried wrapping attempted to move it for her. She seemed preoccupied
