Alexa was amazing. I visited SpaVia KOP before with a treatment from someone else and honestly did not really like my experience with the prior person. I did not receive any facial massage at all during the entire course of the facial. The products were applied, there was very long awkward lulls, and then product removed and repeat. However, I'm really happy I gave the location a second chance and saw someone else because Alexa really made it a wonderful experience for me. She was so friendly/welcoming, explained the process, gave a great facial massage, and convinced me to start going for monthly facials again. I wish my experience with Alexa was my initial experience with the spa instead of the other person. I will definitely be booking with Alexa again soon!
