From the beginning of my first experience with Spavia, it was a really excellent experience. The front desk employee was absolutely wonderful. I am a larger body and she was able to understand that I would need a larger robe without making it a big concern. She walked through the tour of the space, answered questions and really made me feel relaxed. The actual massage was fantastic. Stuart did a wonderful job of listening to me and keeping the space professional, quiet and above all, extremely relaxing.
