Very welcoming and relaxing, I enjoyed the experience so much I joined their monthly plan and scheduled my next treatment. Spavia is what I have been looking for! No fuss, no pressure, encouraged me to try other massage therapists rather than the first one I tried, unlike other spas where that is discouraged. The size is just right- not too big, not too small
