My first experience at Sapvia was like stepping into a world of complete and utter serenity. From the friendly check-in process with a tour of the spa facilities to the waiting area that seem more like a holiday retreat, I felt I was removed to a world far away from the hustle and bustle of life. I was able to enjoy a cup of hot tea, with a warm neck wrap to start the softening of my neck and muscle tension. This while waiting for the main event...a deep tissue massage. My therapist for this first session was Katrina and I was surprised and doubtful at first of her ability to be able to do deep tissue due to her petite size. I was pleasantly surprised by how awesome her skills are. She has done the best deep tissue massage that I have ever experienced and this is from someone who has gotten massages at least twice a month for many, many years now. My body melted with relaxation and it was an hour of bliss. When she was done, I felt like a completely new man, and can't wait for another repeat session. I am selfishly hoping that this hidden gem of a place won't get too popular because I want to be able to get in when it is convenient for me and not wait for weeks due to its popularity! Bravo, Spavia!
