The ambiance in the spa was the first thing I noticed. It was so peaceful and serene. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I absolutely loved the relaxation room - the heated neck pillows & inspiring books were really nice touches. I appreciated the nice, clean shower with toiletries available for use after the massage. And, of course, the massage was amazing!! My massage therapist was really attentive to my requests & did a phenomenal job of helping to loosen up some very tight muscles. I left feeling more relaxed than I have in months!

The estitician Heather was incredible. She provided a basic education on the products she used, ensured I received the correct materials for pre and post care, and made recommendations without being pushy. I will be seeing her regularly. I did not rate 10/10 because guest services appeared occupied with multiple customers/phone calls and did not provide instructions as requested by Heather.
